Five years ago we moved to the Costa del Sol, because we fell in love with the area, the people and a beautiful house in Fuengirola. When preparing ourselves for living in our new bought property, we had to learn about a great deal of things we never experienced before. Air-conditioning, pool heating, furniture, satellite TV, internet and telephone, drinkable water etc. All of these services are very time consuming, especially if you don't live in Spain and don't speak the language. Because our house wasn't finished yet, we had to live in rented apartments for a year and in dealing with many different rental companies learned what is important is renting or letting a house, whether it is for holiday or long term. With everything we learned and are still learning, we can help other people who bought or are buying a property here, but don't want to spend all their time learning and discovering the often tedious procedures for getting things done.
