We empty mailboxes and forward important mail, make sure the property looks regularly used and advise on necessary maintenance. We make sure your alarm still works properly. We can help with administration and payment of bills if required. We can also make visits after heavy weather or after your visitors have left. You will receive regular emails with information and a digital photo of your apartment. All extra costs for maintenance, payment of bills, deliveries etc. have to be paid within ten days of our invoice. We may require a deposit for these extra costs. Keyholding is included in this package. Keyholding Prices depend on the location of your property. please enquire We will hold your key in a safe and use a secured database to identify the correct key. We provide it on your explicit request to visiting guests or tradesmen. Well keep a log of all visitors. We can also arrange to be at the property to meet visitors or keep an eye when maintenance people need access.
